The qualities of
Yin and Yang

One core energy, two expressions. Yin is the feminine frequency: the energy that feels, nurtures and connects. Yang is the masculine frequency: the energy that decides, provides and executes. Every human carries both. Use this sheet to recognize each quality in yourself, in the people around you, and in the moments where your energy goes out of balance.

Remember: romantic attraction runs on opposite polarity. Yin draws Yang, Yang draws Yin. Two people broadcasting the same frequency become buddies, not lovers.

The balance rule

No quality on this sheet is good or bad. Each one is right in its season. Imbalance begins when one list runs your whole life and the other list goes silent.
